Join Eagle Valley Land Trust and Old Growth Tree Service for an educational talk on wildfire mitigation. With severe drought conditions across the state and above-normal risk of significant wildland fires on the Western Slope, the importance of fire awareness has never been greater. Mike Earl, owner of Old Growth Tree Service, will discuss what we can do to create defensible space while also saving trees. Bring your questions!

When: Friday, August 14, from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m.

Where: EVLT Conservation Center in Edwards

Cost: Free. Registration is required.
