Proceeds from Farm to Fork and Garden to Glass help fund the acquisition of new conservation easements and the stewardship of existing protected properties. EVLT currently protects 11,277 acres across 36 properties in Eagle County providing wildlife habitat, recreational opportunities, and functioning agricultural land for our community. Using a 20 year average, each dollar donated to EVLT produces a 13X return in terms of conservation value.
Farm to Fork 2018 was an incredible night filled with sweet treats, tasty cocktails, and conservation camaraderie. Nearly 250 conservation advocates attended the sold out event and helped raise over $200,000 for local conservation efforts.
Thanks to all six of our bartender contenders for their outstanding displays of cocktail creativity. Pivot62, a new bar located within the Doubletree Hotel in West Vail, stole the show with their winning cocktail, “Colorado Stinger.” Miss the event? Important Event Information
- Event Schedule – Garden to Glass is from 5-7pm. The Farm to Fork dinner and program begin at 7pm.
- Parking – Saint Claire of Assisi Middle School
- Shuttles and valet will be running throughout the evening starting at 4:30pm. Gratuity for these services was included in your ticket.
