Your Own Personal Unicorn Photoshoot

Book this whimsical unicorn photoshoot featuring Cello, a white horse dressed as a unicorn, with photos taken by local portrait photographer Olga Barron of Family Heirloom Photography. Your personal unicorn photoshoot will take place at a private horse stable in Eagle, Colorado. After the shoot, you will meet with Olga for an in-person view and order session, where you will pick out all your favorites, and receive two 8×10 prints, and the option to purchase a 25% discounted framed art wall portrait of any size between 16×20 and 30×40. In addition, your favorite proof images will be made available on an online gallery for you to enjoy and share digitally. 

To participate, the human models must be fully willing to follow directions and be somewhat comfortable around large animals. We suggest the photoshoot take place September 1 through October 15 of this year, based on Olga’s and Cello’s availability, although you may defer the package until the summer of 2024 (starting June 15, 2024).

Burros & Biology Charcuterie Hike 

Two burros will pack a charcuterie picnic for you and your guest – a picnic for two people total – up an Eagle County hike of your choice. (The trail must be open to livestock.) 

At the end of your hike, you will arrive at a picnic spread and donkey meet-and-greet. If you like, you can also include a champagne toast. Over lunch you’ll have the opportunity to chat with Danielle Neumann, a Colorado Parks & Wildlife biologist and EVLT Board of Directors member, who will answer your questions about the area. Then, hike back to the trailhead. 

You can book your hike anytime before the snow falls in 2023 or after the snow melts in 2024  per your and Neumann’s availability.

Big Game Photo Safari 

Visit the Hill Ranch in Southern Colorado. The beautiful setting includes the breathtaking and rugged Purgatoire Peak and wildlife viewing that rivals those of Rocky Mountain National Park. Upon arrival to the property, you will be greeted by EVLT Board Member Trey Milhoan, of Capra Guides, and hop on the UTVs which will take you to your accommodations and provide access to hard-to-reach and undisturbed terrain for your wildlife viewing safari You’ll stay in a rustic off-grid cabin on the 17,000 acre property and your meals will be prepared by the ranch chef.

This private tour is not available to the public. You’ll see some of the most prolific wildlife in Colorado including bull elk, bighorn sheep, black bears, and mule deer. You’ll also have the opportunity to fish along the private waters for the world’s most pure Rio Grand cut-throat trout. 

This two-night experience is available for two to four people late July through early August. Must be booked 6-months in advance. Good through August 2025.

10th Mountain Division Hut Association Trip

Spend one night with three of your guests (four people total) at any 10th Mountain Division Hit Association owned hut. You can book either a summer or a winter hut trip.

About Farm to Fork: Farm to Fork is the largest annual fundraiser for the Eagle Valley Land Trust and local land conservation efforts. The event offers a night of conservation camaraderie and a chance to support and protect the places we love around the Eagle Valley. You will be treated to a gourmet sit-down dinner, fine wines courtesy of Wine By Joe, an open bar, and an exciting live auction, all followed by mingling beneath the stars.

– Event Schedule: Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 p.m., dinner at 7 p.m.

– Location and Parking: Farm to Fork will be held at the iconic Donovan’s Copper Bar Ranch. The address is 1014 West Squaw Creek Road, Edwards, Colorado. The valet service will be stationed at the main gate. Please note: there is weak cell phone service on the road to the ranch, so please review directions to the ranch ahead of time.

Please wear footwear suitable for soft, uneven ground. Think boots or flats, maybe wedges instead of heels and stilettos.
