Partnership with Community Wildlife Roundtable.
The Eagle County Community Wildlife Roundtable was created by local elected officials and federal land managers to bring together diverse interests and users to tackle issues surrounding the changing wildlife populations and habitats in Eagle County.
Eagle Valley Land Trust is a proud member of the Eagle County Community Wildlife Roundtable, a collaborative facilitated by the National Forest Foundation. The Roundtable has projects and initiatives stretching across Eagle County and represents over 30 groups and interests.
The purpose of the Eagle County Community Wildlife Roundtable is to gather a group of diverse Eagle Valley stakeholders to understand and address issues facing wildlife populations, identify a shared vision and realistic actions to protect regional wildlife, and ensure that these actions are supported by the community as a whole. Together, we are leveraging diverse values, creativity, and resources to move toward positive action and enduring solutions to the complex wildlife issues in Eagle County.
