Community Land Connection Series – Brush Creek Valley Ranch Tour – Saturday, July 25th
Join Kathy Heichler from Eagle County Historical Society and Peter Suneson from Eagle County Open Space to explore and discuss the rich history of the Brush Creek Valley. Brush Creek Ranch and Open Space is preserved through a partnership between the Town of Eagle, Eagle Ranch, and Eagle Valley Land Trust.
When: Saturday, July 25th, 8-11am
Where: Brush Creek Ranch and Open Space
Bring: We will be encountering unpredictable weather and conditions in the field. Those interested should come prepared to spend three hours outside with sun protection, water, proper layers for Colorado weather, sturdy waterproof shoes, and trekking poles, if desired. Please take into consideration that this hike will be around three miles long. In accordance with the current public health order, we ask that you please bring a face covering and hand sanitizer.
Weather: This hike is weather-dependent, please check EVLT’s Facebook page on the day of the hike for information if there is inclement weather.This hike is free and open the public but space is limited.
