Spring Forest Bathing

This program has been canceled due to low enrollment. Please consider joining us for one of our other community programs. Visit evlt.org/events to view our upcoming program opportunities.
Living in the Vail Valley, we experience many transitions throughout the year. We watch the seasons change, and we see our valley transform as wildlife come out of hibernation and spring emerges. Come walk with us during this time of transition as the ski season comes to a close and we welcome the longer days and warmer sunshine.
Mike Santambrogio, a trained forest bathing guide, will offer a series of invitations to help us find a sense of grounding and connection during this transitional period. The practice will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed.
When: Friday, May 9 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Where: Miller Ranch Open Space in Edwards, CO.
What to expect: Dress for the season in warm layers (a rain jacket or waterproof layer is recommended) and wear sturdy shoes to walk on mostly level terrain. We’ll primarily be standing, sitting, and walking at a leisurely pace.
Cost: Free. Registration is required.
This program is weather-dependent and intended for humans only. While we love dogs, we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home.
