Join Eagle Valley Land Trust and Lynn Albers, ethnobotanist and local historian, for a plant tour at the stunning Sweetwater Lake! Lynn will point out different plants along the trail and will share their fascinating uses by wildlife and humans like. You’ll look at the landscape around you in an entirely different way. 

When: Friday, July 25 from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Where: Sweetwater Lake Resort north of Dotsero, CO. We’ll meet in the campground day-use parking area.

What to expect: Dress for the season in appropriate layers (a rain jacket or waterproof layer is recommended) and wear sturdy shoes to walk on uneven, rocky terrain. We’ll cover approximately one mile total.

Cost: Free. Registration is required.
