Community Land Connection Series: Trail Gulch History Tour (May 12th)

Join the Eagle County Historical Society, Eagle County Open Space, and Eagle Valley Land Trust to explore and discuss the rich history of the Brush Creek Valley. Brush Creek Valley Ranch and Open Space is preserved through a partnership between Eagle County and EVLT, with Eagle County owning and managing the land.

When: Thursday, May 12, 8-11am

Where: Brush Creek Valley Ranch and Open Space

Bring: We will be encountering unpredictable weather and conditions in the field. Those interested should come prepared to spend three hours outside with sun protection, water, proper layers for Colorado weather, sturdy hiking shoes, and trekking poles, if desired. Please take into consideration that this hike will be around three miles long with a couple hundred feet of elevation gain. Although we love dogs, not everyone else does, especially wildlife. Please leave your furry friends at home.

Weather: This hike is weather-dependent; please check EVLT’s Facebook page on the day of the hike for information if there is inclement weather. This hike is free and open the public but space is limited. Register below to secure your spot.
